He has built dynamic relationships and had opportunities to lead and coach high school, college, and professional athletes. He has been able to connect, mentor, learn and collaborate with some amazing leaders from all walks of life: business professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders. He has embraced the calling to love his wife and 3 sons through the journey of life.

Steven has been a part of winning 4 High School Football State Championships in the state of Texas. Now he is bringing these lessons and stories to all who will listen. Steven and his teams have enjoyed six state championship appearances, winning four. His football teams historically rank in the Top 10% nationally in yards and points per game…Steven resides in the Dallas, Texas area - building champions on and off the field by loving, serving, and challenging people to become all they can be.

Steven has been married to his high school sweetheart, Daisy, and they have 3 sons: Daniel, Nathan, and Joshua. Together, they desire to impact the world in a positive way.
